Product Description
The stainless steel double door wall mount enclosures from the ASR Series are engineered for applications requiring wider access while maintaining protection in demanding industrial environments. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel, they offer enhanced corrosion resistance, ideal for food processing, chemical, and outdoor installations. The dual-door design allows easy access to internal components, simplifying installation and maintenance.

Key Features
- Material: Constructed from 1.5 mm thick stainless steel (AISI 304L or optional 316L). The doors are 2 mm stainless steel. Mounting plates are 2.5 mm galvanized steel, offering structural rigidity and durability.
- Body: Fully welded and folded construction ensures high mechanical strength. Rear wall-mounting holes (Ë 8.5 mm) are recessed into 20.4 ” 2 mm channels to promote airflow and improve heat dissipation.
- Doors: Two surface-mounted doors open up to 130 each, providing wide and easy access. Hinges are concealed and removable with captive pins. Polyurethane gasket is foam-injected in one piece, ensuring reliable environmental sealing. Each door includes removable mounting profiles and M6 welded studs for accessory mounting.
- Locking System: A 3-point espagnolette locking mechanism across both doors provides secure closure and uniform compression. Fitted with 3 mm double-bit locks. Optional locking inserts available separately.
- Mounting Plate: Vertical alignment marks every 10 mm allow precise component placement. Mounted on M8 welded studs. Folded edges are included for sizes above 800 mm to increase stability. Mounting depth is adjustable with optional AMG rails.
- Cable Entry: Gland plate openings are located at the bottom or rear, enabling direct cable routing to the mounting plate.
- Protection Rating: Rated IP66 and IK10. Designed for indoor and sheltered outdoor use. For direct outdoor exposure, a rain hood and corrosion-resistant accessories are recommended.
- Finish: Brushed stainless steel finish suitable for cleanroom, washdown, and hygienic zones. No paint required, ensuring long-term surface integrity.
- Delivery Includes: Supplied with enclosure body, two doors, mounting plate, two door profiles per door, gland plates, gaskets, locking key, and grounding provisions.
